Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information The Jackson Bunch, LLC ("we", "us") collects through www.thejacksonbunch.com, why we collect it, who it reaches, how long we keep it, and how you can have it deleted.

What we collect

This website has no accounts, no logins, no advertising, and no analytics. We set no cookies. We do not track you across sites. The only personal information we collect is what you type into the contact form and choose to send:

• Name — required, so we know who we are replying to.
• Email address — required, so we can reply.
• Company — optional.
• Inquiry type — the category you select.
• Message — required; whatever you write.

Our web infrastructure also records standard server access logs (IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent) as a routine part of serving and securing the site.

How we use it

These are all of the uses. We do not have others.

• To respond to your enquiry, and to any follow-up correspondence about it.
• To keep a record of business correspondence.
• To detect and prevent automated abuse of the contact form.

We do not sell, rent, or share your information for advertising. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not use it to train machine-learning models. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.

Who it reaches

Submitting the form sends your message through the following service providers, and no others:

• Amazon Web Services, Inc. — hosts this website and processes the form submission. The message is delivered as email using Amazon Simple Email Service (SES), in the US East (N. Virginia) region.
• Microsoft Corporation — our email is hosted on Microsoft 365, so your message arrives and is stored in our info@thejacksonbunch.com mailbox.

Both act as processors on our behalf. We may also disclose information where we are legally required to.

Where it is processed

We are based in Florida, United States, and your information is processed in the United States. If you contact us from outside the US, you are sending your information to the US.

Retention and deletion

We keep contact-form correspondence in our mailbox for 24 months from our last exchange with you, after which we delete it, unless we need to keep it longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation. Server access logs are retained for 90 days and then deleted automatically.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. Email info@thejacksonbunch.com and we will delete it and confirm, unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your choices and how to revoke consent

Sending the form is voluntary and is how you consent to us handling your message. You can revoke that consent at any time by emailing info@thejacksonbunch.com — we will stop processing your information and delete it. Revoking consent does not make our earlier handling of it unlawful.

Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to access, correct, or port your information, or to object to how we handle it. Use the same address; we do not charge for this and we will not treat you differently for asking.

Children

This is a business-to-business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, email info@thejacksonbunch.com and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date above. Material changes will be described here.
